It is a loyalty program which, through a collection of points on a card called ""My Intimissimi"", provides exclusive advantages for the cardholders and will give the customer the possibility of reaching 3 different STATUSES by accumulating points through purchases both in our stores and online (after logging into your account). You can find the complete rules at the following link.
-You can ask to sign up in your local store. You’ll receive an email with your virtual loyalty card. You can view this card at any time by heading to your online account and it will also appear in all correspondence relating to the loyalty scheme. You can save your loyalty card in your wallet on your mobile phone so you always have it to hand.
-You can sign up online. Create an account and sign up to our loyalty scheme. If you already have an account with us, simply head to the My Account section and sign up to the loyalty scheme from there.
-You can contact Customer Services.
Contact our customer service to register the card.
The points will be loaded and accounted for by the system from 24h to 15 days following the date of the transaction (online and in stores). If after 15 days the points are still not visible in your account, please check that the card has been correctly associated with the last purchase (if in-store).. If the purchase has not been correctly associated with the card or your account, the points will therefore not be accounted for.
As indicated by our regulation, returns will be charged for points according to the same points accreditation criteria. For more details, you can consult the regulation at the following link.
If you’ve lost your loyalty card or it has been stolen, you can request a replacement at any Intimissimi or IUMAN Intimissimi Uomo store, or by contacting Customer Services. Once your identity has been verified, the lost/stolen card will be cancelled and you’ll receive a new virtual one immediately. All the points you previously collected and did not yet use will be on this new card.Please remember that you can always access your loyalty card in the My Account section of your online account.
You can unsubscribe from the loyalty scheme at any time, either yourself by heading to My Account, or by contacting Customer Services.
